Terms & Conditions
Introduction
The Vampyre Masquerade (hereinafter referred to as the “Society”) is a paid membership service operated and managed by the Vampyre Masquerade Administration Office (the “Administration”). By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, members are granted access to the official membership site. The Society is operated in good faith in compliance with the laws of the State of California, United States, and applicable international laws.
Article 1: Application and Modification of Terms
These Terms apply to all services provided by the Society (the “Services”).The Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with applicable laws, without prior consent from members. Any changes will be promptly communicated via the official website or email. Updated Terms shall become effective upon notification.
Article 2: Notifications
Notifications from the Administration to members shall be made via email, official website postings, or any other method deemed appropriate.In accordance with California’s Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), members will be notified in advance of any material changes related to subscription terms.
Article 3: Membership and Agreement Formation
Applicants must agree to these Terms and complete payment through the designated method.Membership is considered active upon acceptance by the Administration and successful payment processing.The Administration reserves the right to reject applications in cases of past violations, false information, or behavior deemed disruptive to the Society.
Article 4: Term and Automatic Renewal
The membership term is one (1) month from the date of enrollment.This is a subscription service using Stripe with automatic renewal. Unless canceled before the renewal date, membership fees will be charged automatically using the registered payment method.
For example:
If enrollment is on September 2, billing occurs on the 2nd of each month.If enrollment is on January 31, billing occurs on the last day of each month (e.g., February 28/29, March 31, April 30).
Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time via their account page or designated online procedure.
Article 5: Grace Period and Termination
If a payment fails at renewal, access to the Services (excluding the account page) may be restricted.Members may update their payment information via their account page.
If payment is not successfully completed, membership will be automatically terminated.If payment is later completed, membership will be considered continuous retroactively.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations during an active billing period.Upon termination, any purchased tickets become invalid and membership status will be reset.
Article 6: Changes to Registered Information
Members must promptly update any changes to their personal information.The Administration is not responsible for failed delivery of notices due to outdated information.
Article 7: Suspension or Termination of Membership
The Administration may suspend or terminate membership without prior notice if the member:
Provided false informationFails to make paymentsViolates copyrights or resells contentEngages in prohibited activities defined in Article 14
Article 8: Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Information provided may be jointly used and managed by:

Concert promoters may access necessary information solely for event admission management.
Rights of California Residents
Under CCPA/CPRA, members have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data.
Article 9: Account Security
Members must not share, transfer, or sell login credentials.Members are responsible for any damages resulting from improper management.
Article 10: Services Provided
Members may access benefits such as event participation and ticket pre-sales as specified on the official site.The primary service language is English.
Article 11: Changes to Services
The Administration may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without prior notice.
Article 12: Intellectual Property
All content (video, images, audio, text, designs, etc.) is owned by the Administration or rights holders.Unauthorized use beyond personal use is strictly prohibited.
Article 13: Suspension and Disclaimer
The Administration may suspend or discontinue Services due to force majeure or operational necessity without liability.If continuation becomes difficult due to circumstances such as artist activities, the Society may be dissolved in compliance with applicable laws.
Article 14: Prohibited Activities
Members shall not:
Harass or defame othersDisrupt the harmony of the SocietyResell benefits or tickets for profitEngage in religious, political, or solicitation activities
Article 15: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion.If unresolved, jurisdiction shall lie with California courts or the Tokyo District Court, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
Effective Date: April 30, 2026
