The Vampyre Masquerade (the “Society”) is a paid membership service managed and operated by The Vampyre Masquerade Secretariat c/o CHATEAU AGENCY HOLLYWOOD INC., Chateau Agency Co., Ltd., and Project Asteri, Inc. (the “Secretariat”). By agreeing to these Terms, members are granted access to the members-only website. The Society shall be operated in compliance with the laws of the State of California, USA, and applicable international laws and regulations.
These Terms shall apply to all services provided by the Society (the “Services”) to its members.
The Secretariat may amend these Terms from time to time in accordance with applicable laws without obtaining prior consent from members. In the event of any material amendment, the Secretariat may notify members via posting on the official website or by email. The amended Terms shall become effective upon such notification (and/or your continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
Notifications from the Secretariat to members shall be made via email, posting on the official website, or any other method deemed appropriate by the Secretariat.
In accordance with the California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), members will be notified in advance of any material changes to subscription terms prior to renewal.
Applicants for membership shall agree to these Terms and pay the membership fee in the prescribed manner.
Membership shall be deemed established upon the Secretariat’s acceptance of the application and completion of payment.
The Secretariat reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant who has previously violated these Terms, provided false information, or is deemed likely to disrupt the harmony of the Society.
*The Services are intended for the immediate provision of digital content and members-only services. By completing membership registration, members agree to immediate access to such digital services and expressly waive any unconditional “Right of Withdrawal” (cooling-off right), where applicable under the laws of certain jurisdictions.
You must be at least 13 years old to join the Society. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement under applicable law.
VIP Experiences:
The term of this agreement shall be one (1) month from the date of enrollment.
The Services operate on an automatic renewal basis via Stripe. Unless the member completes the cancellation procedure at least 7 days before the end of the current term, the membership fee for the next term will be automatically charged to the registered payment method.
For monthly subscriptions:
Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time through their account page or other procedures designated by the Secretariat with at least 7 days notice.
If payment fails at the time of renewal, the Secretariat may restrict access to the Services, except for the member’s account page. The member may update their payment method through the account page.
If payment is not successfully completed within a reasonable time (as determined by the Secretariat), this agreement shall be automatically terminated.
If payment is subsequently completed, membership shall be deemed reinstated (retroactively if possible).
No refunds shall be provided for membership fees once paid, even if the member cancels before the end of the term.
The Society operates on a capacity-limited basis. Vacancies created by cancellations may be offered to other applicants, and re-enrollment may not be guaranteed. Additionally, due to system and security limitations, re-enrollment using previously canceled account information will be restricted, and prior status or history will not be restored.
Member benefits, including pre-sale tickets or VIP Experiences, will be invalidated upon termination at the discretion of the Secretariat.
Members shall promptly update any changes to their registered information, such as address or email. The Secretariat shall not be responsible for any failure of notification resulting from the member’s failure to update such information.
The Secretariat may suspend or revoke membership without prior notice if a member, including, but not limited to:
By joining, you consent to the Society collecting, storing, and using your personal information (such as your name, email, address, and payment details) to operate and manage the Society , communicate with you, and provide membership benefits. You also consent to the transfer and storage of your data across borders, including to countries outside your home country, as needed to run the Society and work with authorized service providers.
The Secretariat shall manage members’ personal information in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.

Personal information provided by members may be jointly used and managed by CHATEAU AGENCY HOLLYWOOD INC., Chateau Agency Co., Ltd., and Project Asteri, Inc. for service provision, marketing, and membership management. Concert promoters may access such data solely for event admission management purposes.
Upon termination of membership, personal data shall be retained for a reasonable period as required for legal compliance and dispute resolution, and thereafter deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws including the CCPA/CPRA (California Consumer Privacy/Rights Acts).
Members shall not lend, transfer, or sell their login ID (registered email address) or password to any third party. Members shall bear responsibility for any damages arising from inadequate management of their credentials caused by Members.
Members may access and view members-only video content an unlimited number of times during the validity of their membership.
Content is subject to periodic updates and rotation, and certain content may become unavailable after a specified period.
Members acknowledge that access to specific content is not guaranteed indefinitely, and no refunds will be provided for content that has been discontinued or is no longer available.
Website access and digital content may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons (i.e., the Society does not guarantee uninterrupted service).
Members-only video content must not be used by members with permission the Secretariat.
The Secretariat may add, modify, or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice if deemed necessary.
All intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the Secretariat or legitimate rights holders. Unauthorized use beyond personal use is strictly prohibited.
The Secretariat may suspend or discontinue the Services due to force majeure, emergencies, violation of prohibited acts, or operational necessity. The Secretariat shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
If continuation of operations becomes difficult due to circumstances such as the artist’s activities, the Society may be dissolved, and the Secretariat will respond in accordance with applicable laws.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
In the event of disputes, the parties shall first attempt to resolve them in good faith.
If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in California, USA, or the Tokyo District Court, Japan, as courts of first instance. However, mandatory consumer protection laws of the member’s residence shall prevail where applicable.
The Society’s total liability to you for any claim related to the Society is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent membership term.
*Claims for refunds after the use of member benefits (such as ticket pre-sales) shall be governed by Articles 3 and 5 (non-refund policy), regardless of applicable consumer laws, to the extent permitted by law.
