Thank you very much for joining KAMIJO's U.S. Debut Show "SANCTUS OF THE DAMNED." We're excited to share the details of your VIP package benefits, schedule, and day-of procedures below.

What to Bring on the Day (Required)

To ensure smooth check-in, please be sure to bring the following four items with you.

1. VIP Package Check-in Pass (This is a web page displayed by clicking the URL included in the previously sent email. Please open the page in advance and have it ready when you line up. Screenshots are not accepted.)
2. The original order confirmation email received at the time of purchase (Screenshots are not accepted.)
3. A valid photo ID (passport, etc.)
4. Concert ticket

Please note: The name of the VIP package purchaser must match the name on the ID presented. If you are unable to present ID, you may not be able to receive your benefits, so please be aware of this in advance. If you have purchased a ticket for a companion, please be sure to check in together.

Please note: A concert ticket is required to participate in the VIP package.

Check-in Time and Benefit Schedule by Package

Please note that times may shift slightly depending on doors opening and the progress of the event.

■ Ultimate VIP Package

Lining up begins at 2:30 PM (Please line up regardless of your VIP check-in pass number.) Check-in time (check-in deadline): 3:00 PM

Benefits:

‍

• Priority use of the pre-show photo booth (from 3:00 PM)
• Priority merchandise purchase (3:00 PM–4:10 PM, 70 minutes) (Merchandise sales will continue until the show's scheduled end time of 9:50 PM, but we recommend purchasing during this priority window if possible.)
• Soundcheck viewing (Line up from 4:10 PM in the order of the number on your VIP check-in pass / viewed from the balcony for approximately 15 minutes)
• VIP photo session (After soundcheck ends, line up in the order of the number on your VIP check-in pass, starting around 5:00 PM / a professional photographer will take your photo / photos will be sent by email at a later date)
• Post-show Meet & Greet (held inside the venue, not in the lobby) (Begins around 10:15 PM, in the order Ultimate → Elite → Selected / line up in the Ultimate VIP Package line regardless of your numbered ticket / staff will take photos using your own smartphone)

■ Elite VIP Package

Lining up begins at 4:45 PM (Please line up regardless of your VIP check-in pass number.) Check-in time (check-in deadline): 5:00 PM

• Priority use of the pre-show photo booth (from 5:00 PM)
• Priority merchandise purchase (from 5:00 PM until general doors open) (Merchandise sales will continue until the show's scheduled end time of 9:50 PM, but we recommend purchasing during this priority window if possible.)
• Post-show Meet & Greet (held inside the venue, not in the lobby) (Begins around 10:15 PM, in the order Ultimate → Elite → Selected / line up in the Elite VIP Package line regardless of your numbered ticket / staff will take photos using your own smartphone)

■ Selected VIP Package

• Post-show Meet & Greet (held inside the venue, not in the lobby) (Begins around 10:15 PM, in the order Ultimate → Elite → Selected / line up in the Selected VIP Package line regardless of your numbered ticket / no photos taken)

Please note that check-in times and venue operations are subject to change on the day, at the venue's discretion.

The post-show Meet & Greet takes place inside the venue (auditorium), not in the lobby.

Important Notes

• The VIP package does not include a concert ticket. A separate concert ticket is required for entry.
• Each package is registered under a specific name and cannot be transferred to a third party.
• If you arrive later than your designated check-in time, you will need to join a later group, and you may be unable to receive some benefits (such as the soundcheck viewing). Please allow yourself plenty of time to arrive.
